The second summer menu is here… in the foreground Cornish octopus with roasted peppers, quinoa tabouleh & aioli, to the right steamed cod with beluga lentils & Makhani sauce, and on the left Shorthorn Bavette with green beans, pancetta & Adjika... after taking this photo I ate all of it, and it was the best part of my day!
