Dumpling house & Sake bar... Serving up what we love! A home-cooked approach to dim sum, with the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on.

We like to make everything from scratch, from the dumpling skins to the sauces you dip in. Steamed, crispy fried or Beijing style dumplings as well as some of our favourite home cooked dishes like steamed fish, crunchy pork belly, mock tea leaf salad. Come sip on some of our specially made cocktails and favourite sake at my neighbours the dumplings.

Honoured to announce our next guestchefs Jake Norman and Sam Binney!

They have known each other for 20 years and they each credit themselves for teaching each other how to cook 😄
Jake is currently working in the Ottolenghi test kitchen and Sam is a senior chef at Bubala.

Inspired by Mexican ingredients and cooking expect a menu with lots of exciting elements, flavours and combinations. Of course there will also be a special dumpling 😉

The event will be on Tuesday 23/7 and you can find the booking link in our bio. Excited to see you all as always!

Here’s a glimpse of the world’s first ever *Mahjong singles night* - speed dating with tiles - that we’re so proud to host over the last couple of weekends! A massive congratulations to for the concept and managing to pull it off in absolute style! And big shout out to our very own dumpling chef and for the delicious spread they put on for the after game flirting. All in support of of course!
Who knows if anyone found love ❤️ ? It was a great night anyway 💥

Menu Reveal for our up coming *Mahjong Singles Night* on the 26th May and Q***r edition on the 2nd June

We’re very excited to be hosting the world’s first ever (as far as we know) Mahjong Singles Night - a kind of speed dating over the Mahjong tiles, where you’ll get to meet everyone in the room and play Mahjong with them at least once during the evening.

Our Dumpling Queen Chef Noi will be masterminding a delicious 3 course Thai feast to finish up the event so you can seek out that special smile you met across the tiles and share dinner with them afterwards!

This genuinely is a once in a lifetime opportunity and tickets are selling fast - so please share on to anyone who might be interested in the sweetest version of speed dating you’ve ever seen!!

Thank you so much to all the lovely people who have bought tickets to MNTD X Marie Mitchell, and we’re sorry to change the date but we had people in the DMs (and the odd whatsapp chat), asking for a vegetarian menu and we thought it would be rude not to listen. So we’re moving the most delicious collaboration up, and that’s also giving Marie the chance to work on a completely new welcome cocktail too! Mango seed syrup you say, yes please - summer in a glass!

Thank you Mr Tengu for a wonderful and educational evening teaching us all about the wonders of Sake!

The first time we met Mr Tengu - probably around 10 years ago now, from way back in our popup days. We met him at one of his marvellous Sake pairing events, and asked him if he could sell us his Sake - that he sources from independent brewers across Japan.
He invited us to his house at 10 in the morning, where we probably tried a little too much Sake for that time of the day 😂
Whilst on our way home on the train with two boxes of sake that he had given us to try, we knew right then that this would be a great and long term relationship:)

Now 10 years on he’s still sourcing the best Sakes from around Japan, and we’re still drinking them!

For those of you who missed out- hopefully Oli will be joining us again at some point soon, sharing his vast knowledge of sake- paired with a bite from us 😁

A pre-view of ‘s menu for her pop up with us on Tuesday 14th of May!

It will not only be the day for the reveal of the Jerk Potsticker, you will also get a chance to try a twist of a classic steamed fish but with Caribbean flavours in the shape of all space and other spices, and we will have you know that this sauce is drinkable! Finishing off with Plantain fritters soaked in a divine lime syrup and black sesame paste for dunking.
