It is great to be back once again cooking at the Bonnington Cafe. Other than my Red Bean Cajun night in the 1990's, the last time there was for a fundraising dinner for the Du Boisson Dance Foundation in 2015....
One of my favourite creations were the beetroot macarons filled with chive mousse,.. Sensory surprises! So generously supported we raised £2500 for young dancers. We could not have achieved this without the fantastic help from the incredible Ian Stuart and Peter Tague, Jens Jacobsen and other dear friends...
