The love for real Indian food has made us cook what we have eaten back home in India. We deliver quality and freshly made food from our kitchen, our dishes are made in traditional style and our food is mild to medium spicy, medium for us is just enough for you to enjoy the flavours and have a memorable dining experience at home. Shilpa Dandekar's distinction as the Head Chef and co-owner of PURE Indian Cooking is not just because she is one of the few Indian women chefs in London's restaurant scene. Her unique flair comes from her deep passion for cooking and her diverse culinary background. Trained at the prestigious Taj group in India, Shilpa has gained valuable experience working in various establishments, from modern British pubs to Michelin-starred restaurants like Quilon in London. However, it was under the mentorship of Raymond Blanc OBE at London's first Brasserie Blanc where she truly honed her skills in eclectic cooking techniques and diverse ingredients before teaming up with Faheem to establish PURE INDIAN COOKING.
