Summer around the corner means strawberries have made a welcome return to the kitchen.

Prepared here by Chef Alex, strawberries are folded through our soufflé mixture before it’s baked to order.

Finished at the table with elderflower ice cream, it’s a simple pairing and one we’re looking forward to serving all season long.

Meet Cecily. Having joined Murano just under a year ago as a Demi Chef de Partie, Cecily quickly made her mark and was promoted earlier this year.

Self-proclaimed “Pasta Princess”, she’s a strong character in the kitchen, a fantastic chef, and the person we trust when it comes to a perfectly creamy risotto – she never gets it wrong and is the kind of chef who just gets on with it and gets it right.

Join us this Father’s Day and enjoy a special five-course menu curated by Head chef Piero and the team, designed for sharing and celebrating the new season flavours.

Begin with a glass of English sparkling from , served with our focaccia, rosemary & Parmigiano Reggiano grissini with salumi. 

Each course offers a selection of ’s favourite dishes, including sea bream crudo with Taggiasca olives and aged balsamic, Saffron & slow cooked oxtail risotto and Hereford beef sirloin from , with Barolo reduction — there’s something for every dad.
