Our lunch set menu is the perfect way to sample the season’s best flavours and ingredients at Murano.

The menu is ever evolving but set at a fantastic price. Enjoy 2 courses for £55 or 3 courses for £60.

Start with something light and cooling like our Mozzarella di Bufala from La Latteria on a bright San Marzano tomato gazpacho. Before moving to something more comforting like roasted lamb rump from LAKE DISTRICT FARMERS, served with one of Angela Hartnett’s favourite pairings — aubergine caponata and whipped goat’s curd.

And if you’re finishing with dessert, make it a slice of the almond frangipane tart with Italian brandy ice cream.

A little appreciation for one of our favourite ingredients: cheese!

From the King of Italian cheese, Parmigiano Reggiano: whipped into a cream alongside our veal crudo or grated over our seasonal giardiniera risotto.

To the beloved and more versatile ricotta: smoked and folded into our agnolotti alla Norma or transformed into our cherry and almond semifreddo.

And, of course, we couldn’t forget about our seasonally rotating cheese trolley, selected with our friends La Fromagerie.

A closer look at our à la carte Cornish cod.

From Flying Fish Seafoods, the cod is seared in the pan for a golden crust before meeting the plate with smoked cod roe taramasalata, barbecued cucumber and punchy pickled shallots.

It’s served alongside a crisp, fried oyster for a little hit of richness and crunch.

With new produce, comes new menus. One of our favourite pleasures is finding different ways to bring each ingredient to life.

Whether it’s English peas mixed with tarragon alongside our Cornish cod, baby courgettes grilled on the plancha before marinating for zucchine alla scapece, or cucumber grilled and paired simply with smoked cod roe and oyster on the à la carte, each one finds its moment.

Our soufflé always rises to the occasion, so here’s our Head Chef, Piero, giving our latest strawberry twist the grand entrance it deserves.

Currently we’re folding strawberry compote through our classic soufflé mixture, before its baked to order and finished with a quenelle of elderflower ice cream.

Chef Piero’s newest creation is this fantastic agnolotti alla Norma.

Each element of the traditional Sicilian sauce is reimagined on the plate. The agnolotti is filled with roasted aubergine, served with whipped cold-smoked ricotta, and accompanied by a rich San Marzano tomato sauce made from confit tomatoes.

Finished with grated ricotta salata, it’s a new take on a classic, packing loads of flavour with every mouthful.
