Jack Daniels Smokey Pulled Pork is prepared by marinating the pork shoulder with a dry rub (home made spice mix) for 24 hrs followed by a slow cooking process between 6-8 hours, till the meat is absolutely melt in the mouth tender and is easily pulled apart by a fork
