About ten days ago, my car and trailer—the heart of Vicolo’s and my mobile coffee dream—were severely damaged while parked in front of my home. This incident couldn’t have come at a worse time, as the business was actually thriving, and I was so proud of everything Vicolo’s was achieving.

It’s been a long and emotional process since that day, but I’ve finally managed to arrange for the trucks to recover both the car and trailer. While this feels like a step forward, it’s also a bittersweet moment, as it forces me to face some tough decisions about the future.

Starting Vicolo’s was a dream come true, and it’s been amazing to connect with so many of you through coffee. Now, I’m reflecting on whether to rebuild as it was or explore a new direction, perhaps focusing on my passion for roasting.

Thank you for your support, patience, and kind words during this difficult time. I’m hopeful that soon I’ll have more news to share about where Vicolo’s is headed. Challenges like this are never easy, but I’m determined to turn this into an opportunity for growth and a fresh start.

What an incredible journey it’s been since we started back in August! 🚀 A massive THANK YOU to all our amazing customers for your incredible support—you’ve truly made this year unforgettable. ❤️

In just a few months, we’ve grown so much, officially made thousands of drinks (yes, thousands! ☕️), and worked every single day to improve and bring something truly worthy to the community that supports us so generously.

Now it’s time to hit pause, recharge, and head back to Italy for some family time (and plenty of pizza and panettone 🍕🎄). Our trailer is closed until next year, and while we’re planning a return in the second week of January, let’s see what the weather decides! ❄️

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a fantastic New Year. We’ll be back stronger, better, and ready to serve you in 2025! 🥂✨ See you soon!

The importance of a cup… or in today’s case, the ‘VIP size’ cup! 😆 When we run out of our regular flat white cups, I always offer to adapt with less milk in a larger size—keeping the flavor just right! But today, I had a customer who wasn’t too happy about the price or the cup size (hey, sometimes you get a little extra!).

Running a small, mobile business means rolling with the punches while keeping quality and community at the heart of everything. Specialty coffee isn’t just coffee—it’s a craft and a passion. After 2 incredible months serving you at Millfields Park and just 3 months since we launched, we’re thrilled to announce our official move to an indoor space inside Island Bikes at Sugar House Island, Stratford.

The community’s support has been everything, and while it’s bittersweet to leave, this unexpected opportunity allows us to keep growing, especially with winter on the way. We’re committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences and creating a positive impact in our new local community.

This is us today, excited and ready for this next step! We’ll be sharing more about our opening hours and exciting updates soon, so stay tuned.

Life lately with Vicolo Coffee: when I was first offered to trade at Millfields Park,
I was a bit skeptical about the cold weather coming, but also really excited because
I felt Vicolo would fit perfectly in the park.

The past two weeks haven’t always brought the best weather, but the response from the community
has been amazing! It motivates me to keep pushing forward, improving every day.

Our mission is to enrich communities with specialty coffee and become a go-to spot for coffee lovers
and anyone looking to take a break and enjoy a moment in the park.

Turning a dream into reality — Vicolo Coffee started with a vision and a lot of hard work. ☕️ This year, it’s been just me behind the counter, facing all the ups and downs of running a small coffee business. Despite the challenges, I’m grateful for every moment and every cup shared with you.

From my early days as a barista in London back in 2015 to launching Vicolo Coffee, it’s been a journey filled with passion and purpose. Thank you for being part of this adventure!
