We’re officially closing our site at 10 Coulgate Street, Brockley.
This was our first real leap into a full-time restaurant and a continuation of our obsession with great burgers. Over the last two years, that little space gave us more than we could ever have planned for.
We’re sad to be closing the door, but genuinely grateful for every customer who came through, supported us, queued up, came back again, and believed in what we were trying to build.
More than anything, we’re thankful for the staff who worked incredibly hard during this chapter. The experience, the pressure, the lessons and the pride will stay with us.
This decision didn’t come lightly. It’s a necessary one, and part of stepping back, refocusing, and making sure we’re building something sustainable, both for the business and for ourselves.
We’re not disappearing. Mother Flipper will continue as an events company, and you’ll still find us at Brockley Market on Saturdays from 10–2.
Thank you for being part of this chapter. We tried our best, and we’re proud of what happened inside those walls.
