Our pizza dough is made with strong Canadian flour, wheat germ and sourdough, bringing together strength, flavour and a long, natural fermentation.

The strong Canadian flour gives the dough its structure and beautiful texture, while wheat germ adds a deeper, slightly nutty character. Our sourdough does the rest developing complexity, aroma and that unmistakable flavour in every bite.
