Today we’re showcasing a couple of wines from the lovely Hoffmann & Rathbone.

When you look at our wine list, you will notice that we include many wines from family-run wineries, stirring away from some of the well known, mainstream brands. In this case, we have the Blanc de Blancs and Rosé Réserve under our sparkling wine section, which in our opinion, perfectly complements our caviar selection.

Our Sparkling Rosé, boasting fruity aromas of plum, strawberry, and peach blossom pairs very well with the salty and robust Imperial Caviar. Meanwhile, the Blanc de Blanc showcases delicate fizz and citrusy undertones, balancing the creamy, nutty notes of Oscietra Caviar.
