We have a new ravioli dish on the menu here at Canada Water Cafe 🧡

Our chefs start by slow-cooking duck legs in tomatoes and orange peel, before shredding the duck to make the ravioli filling.

We then strain the cooking juices and add chicken stock, butter and marjoram to create a rich, glossy sauce for the pasta.

Some BTS ravioli making ✨

We make our pasta dough from scratch, before rolling paper thin, piping with our signature ravioli fillings, then folding into delicious little parcels.

Until the end of August, we’re serving up our ricotta, rainbow chard and Tropea onion ravioli - come try it before the month is up!

Here’s how we prepare our signature pizzas 🍕

We make our dough from scratch using Caputo 00 Flour, before resting, rolling into balls, and resting again. Our chefs then stretch and shape each ball, ready for topping.
