Did you know there’s only one authentic Dutch pub in London? Somehow, we have a feeling you’ll visit De Hems in Soho more times than that, much like the Dutch sailors who once savoured our diverse pub dishes and drinks. Once the unofficial HQ of the Dutch World War II resistance, this historic city pub now serves different faces as a dog-friendly pub, but still maintains the same sense of Benelux charm and hospitality – and if you could ask our past patrons what they loved about our timeless comforts, you might find a few similarities…

We cater to all intimate and momentous occasions, whether you’re settling in for private dining after getting hypnotised by Soho’s dazzling sights or turning our pub into your very own makeshift stadium as you watch the big game on BT Sport or Sky Sports. And is there any better way to celebrate the end of another week than by joining us for after-work drinks and a live music on Friday?
