Cute and lovely family run Vietnamese restaurant and bar MAM in NOTTINGHILL.

Looking for capable and hardworking individuals who seek a balanced work/ life environment. Persons must have at least one years experience if looking for floor work and more than 2 years of experience looking for bar. You must have a sense of responsibility and be able to give service with a smile.



Floor roles include:

taking orders

greeting guests

taking bookings

cleaning

set up and closing



Bar duties include:

opening and closing station

making cocktails and mixers to standard

keeping bar tidy

greeting guests

taking bookings

general bar work

helping on the floor when available
