The invention of Tandoori Chicken, in early 19th century, to Moti Mahal Delux was the outcome of passion for tandoor and thus far there is a continuous eternal fever to improvise upon the same into the diverse forms, recognized as Butter Chicken, Burra Kebab, Chicken Pakora, Dal Makhani which have become the epitome of love for food connoisseur around the globe. We, being the bearers of Mughlai cuisines, way laid the search for the ensuing flavour in pulses and created the absolute recipe, using the experience and knowledge of age old tradition of creating mouth watering dishes, defying the taste buds of the sundry with the world renowned Dal Makhani. Moti Mahal Delux opened its first outlet in the bustling streets of post partition Dilli in India, retaining its original self-invented flavor of signature dishes.
