A welcome taster session this morning with some students who have applied to join us in the next academic year. All made fantastic bread rolls and left with an invitation to come and cook with us again next month. The busiest service of the year with the Founder friends of the new Wimbledon Theatre back again for their annual Christmas visit to Taste Restaurant, fabulous food from the level 2 kitchen, and great service from the level 2 food and beverage service with the help of a group of foundation learners from our sister college at Carshalton. A long but very enjoyable day. Well done all 👏
