JJ Cale is of course the guitarist who hugely influenced Eric Clapton and wrote one of his biggest hits - the song 'Co***ne.' We’re starting things off rather nicely with a bright and tangy chickpea chaat, alongside crisp carrot and onion bhajis and golden aloo samosas, just enough to wake up the palate and get things moving.
