Grown in the highlands of Chontalí, northern Peru, our Special Edition, Peru Aurora is a refined expression of Peruvian Gesha, shaped by altitude, climate, and careful family farming.

Produced at Finca Los Quispe by the Quispe family, cultivated between 1,897–2,050 m, where cool temperatures and volcanic soils encourage slow cherry development and clarity in the cup.

An anaerobic-washed process brings out delicate notes of cloudy lemonade, red grape, and gentle candied sweetness, with a soft, tea-like body and a long, floral finish.

Each bag supports small-scale family farming in Chontalí, a region fast gaining recognition for world-class Peruvian Gesha.
