Tony’s Pita is a greek traditional Restaurant in Swiss Cottage area, London. We opened our restaurant in December 2018 with a purpose to offer something new to the area. Tony’s pita is a family run restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and atmosphere. We have a cosy sitting area downstairs that can accommodate up to 50 guests, as well more seats are located outside and on the ground floor. Fresh and homemade food cooked in a charcoal grill, gyros, salad and other traditional Greek meals is served every day.
Tony has more than 10 years of experience in serving Greek traditional food in the beautiful city of Vouliagmeni. It all started in this lovely city situated not far from the Greek capital of Athens. Tony worked for a few local restaurants during the years. He always had one dream in his mind, that one day he could run his own restaurant.
Even though Tony’s desire to fulfil his dream was too big, the Greek economic situation and crisis made him step backwards and hesitate to start his own business. Is then when he together with his family came to London for a visit and fell in love with the city. After some time, in 2015 Tony decided to make the big move and settle in London with his family. Although in a different city and culture and lot of changes something didn’t change, his dream to have is own Restaurant became even bigger and closer to becoming true. After a few time studying and exploring for the right area Tony with the full support of his family decided to Open his first Restaurant Tony’s Pita near Swiss Cottage.
