First I used to watch my mother and grandmother preparing traditional Spanish food in their kitchens and then as I grew older I would be allowed to help them. Even today I just have to shut my eyes as I smell the wonderful aromas and I am instantly taken back there. They were my inspiration and because of them cooking has become my passion.
