EXPERIENCED CHEF***
- At least 3 years of experience managing a small kitchen
- Experience managing 2-3 kitchen staff
- Experience in food prep, storage, food safety
- responsible for using their culinary expertise to flavour dishes for customers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English speaking required
- Ideally based in North London for ease of transport
- Full on-the-job training for the particularities of Ethiopian cuisine offered in-house
