We always use the best available ingredients including organic eggs and fairtrade high quality chocolate. This is not an exhaustive flavour list so just ask if there is a particular flavour or filling you would like. Please note that some filings are dependant on cake decoration and event type e.g. fresh cream fillings are not recommended for wedding cakes. Flavours can be mixed and matched to your preference. Frostings are what surround the cake before the icing is put on. Cake flavours
