Green with envy? You will be🫛

Because Chef David David Chelidze just plated something no one saw coming. Crushed seasonal British peas and walnuts play the quiet, wholesome type… until a mint-lime gel slides in where you least expect it — cool and just a little too confident. Then the plot thickens: parmesan and macadamia crumble crashes the party uninvited. And right in the middle, hiding as if it has nothing to do with any of this? A barberry bun — small, tart, absolutely guilty.

We call it Pkhali.
You’ll call it something else after the first bite 😏

Six busy days behind you.
One long lunch ahead.
We’ll take care of that🤍

What can happen in twelve hours?

Our Gurian-style Beetroot knows the answer. This is a dish that cannot be rushed — slow-oven-cooked until it reaches something close to perfection ✨

A technique that is quietly French, a soul that is entirely Georgian.
Finished with goat curd, red tkemali, and pistachio. Earthy, bright, and a little unexpected — just the way we like it at Kinkally. 🤍

Whatever Chef Zidane ZiDANE🫥 cooks, one thing stays the same.
He cooks with something closer to love than precision.

You see it in how gently a pan is held, how patiently a sauce is stirred, how every plate leaves the kitchen looked after, not just finished.

With love from Kinkally 🤍

Khinkali just got a summer twist 🌿

For Chef David David Chelidze nettle is a taste of Georgian summers — wild, green, and worlds away from the meat-filled khinkali you know.

He has paired that memory with something entirely English: Baron Bigod Brie. Earthy meets creamy, gently bound by a green adjika that trades its usual punch for something fresher and more herbaceous.

Mini in size. Big in story 🤍

KINKALLY NEW MENU TEAM TASTING 🤍

We let the team experience it first — the room goes quiet… and then very loud 🤫 Smiles, plates passed around the table, and a few «wait, can we try this again» moments.

Chef David and team have done something rather clever — weaving Georgian memory, a modern eye, and the very best of the British summer produce into a single, rather irresistible story ✨

For those who can’t choose between a coffee or a cocktails at brunch 🤫

The Bar Kinky .kinky team have solved the dilemma rather elegantly — meet XO XO Espresso ☕️ 🍸
An espresso martini twist with a touch of cognac, apricot and a whisper of hazelnut foam.

Familiar enough to feel like a morning, indulgent enough to celebrate it.

Because all weekends are special occasions at Kinkally.

Time’s up! Chef said NEW MENU 🍽️

Summer has officially arrived at Kinkally — with green pea pkhali, sea bream carpaccio with citrus tkemali, Georgian-spiced poussin chakhokhbili, Cornish plaice with celeriac tashmijabi, new khinkali, and desserts… that feel a little too indulgent for polite behaviour 🤫

A little lighter, a little sharper, still unmistakably Kinkally 🤍

Why wait until evening?

At first, khinkali were reserved strictly for dinner.
But after enough longing looks, enough hopeful questions, and more than a few “surely you serve them at brunch?” — we finally gave in.

So here they are.
Our Langoustine and Wagyu khinkali, now joining brunch at Kinkally. The very same pleats, the very same ritual — simply arriving a little earlier in the day.

Some things are too good to keep until nightfall. 🌿

Brunch at Kinkally

Some recipes stay in the family for years before they ever reach a menu 🤍

This ice cream recipe came from Eren’s father — made at home, passed down by memory, repetition, and instinct rather than measurements on paper.

Now, Eren has brought it to Kinkally and reimagined it in his own way — without losing where it came from.

Grab a spoon before our new menu arrives on the 1st of June 🍽️
