New sweet wine by the glass matching the famous Tarte Tatin.

2022 Tokaij Aszu 5 puttonyos from Royal Tokaij.
A gem from the slopes of Hungary. Oldest appellation in the world before French wines (can you believe it)
£23 served from a Magnum.
We do have as well regular bottles available (50cl)

The winemaker came earlier this year at Medlar.
Irene and Maxime tasted several samples from barrel and selected their favourite one.

This is a unique barrel bottled for Medlar with a bespoke label.
