London's favourite venue finding platform
Find and contact unique venues in london for your next event

Canvas is a venue marketing platform, which allows you to find and contact venues in London directly without having to go through a middleman. Canvas is a subscription-based service where venues pay a small monthly fee to market their spaces -- there are no commissions or handling fees involved. As there is no middleman involved, all Canvas venues have more control over the booking process, which in turn yield higher value clients. Before you find yourself panic-booking the only available room in Zone 6, we’ve done the honours of rounding up five rather brilliant venues to help you get your Christmas party sorted 🎄 There’s no need to thank us, but sure, we’ll take the praise and words of affirmation, regardless.

We went to Roxy Ball Room in Holborn for some good old-fashioned team bonding. That lasted about 5 minutes, until Sascha began rubbing his (admittedly impressive) ‘Duck Pin bowling’ skill in our faces and strutting about the place.

It’s a fantastic option for a big - or little - team night out. Plenty of games, plenty of rooms and plenty of food and drink options. Cheers for sorting Becky Senior!

(Not sure why this pic looks like we’ve all been photoshopped in. I can assure you my editing skills are not that good)

If your Christmas party usually ends at the pub round the corner, it might be time for an upgrade.
Number 90 London in Hackney Wick has four spaces on the canal, including 360° projections, a DJ room with a balcony, a giant disco ball and a cocktail bar on a boat. A BOAT.
Book it and every guest gets Prosecco on arrival, and a Hangover Kit turns up at your office the next morning. You’re welcome.

Ladies & Gentlemen, please stand (if you are able) and welcome London Filmed! The newest addition to the Canvas supplier network 🎊

They cover everything from live events, hybrid experiences, filming, live streaming, photography, branding, animation… and they do it all in-house, with sharp event technology. It’s easy to see why they’ve become one of the go-to names for event professionals and brands.

Also - not for nothing - they’re a certified B Corp and a Living Wage Employer. Something we can all get behind.

London Filmed were one of the very first partners to get behind our supplier programme, and they’ve been brilliant to work with from day one. We’re chomping at the bit to start connecting our clients with one of the most forward-thinking production teams in the industry.

We all love a cultural venue, especially one filled with hundreds of plants. 10 mins from Liverpool Street,
SECOND HOME is a character-filled, flexible space that can house events for up to 40-200 guests. With multiple areas, including their rooftop & a bookshop(!) it’s certainly worth checking out 💚
