Introducing our new Grower Spotlight 🥂

Every two months, we’ll be shining a light on an independent Ch*****ne producer and bringing two of their standout cuvées to Ch*****ne + Fromage for a limited time.

First up: Ch*****ne Hautbois

Based in Pévy, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, Hautbois is a fifth-generation family producer led by Sandrine and Fabien. Across their eight-hectare vineyard, they combine generations of knowledge with sustainable, HVE-certified growing practices to create Ch*****nes that truly reflect their land.

Meet the two bottles:

🥂 Haut’rigine 2015, an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with ripe yellow fruit, delicate biscuit and brioche notes, and a rich, beautifully balanced finish.

🥂 Haut’thentic, a Meunier-led Ch*****ne with stone fruit, subtle prune, a creamy texture and beautifully fine bubbles.

Ask your server to pour you a glass today! And, naturally, they’re even better with cheese. 🧀
