Being part of , working alongside the Rio de Janeiro team, and helping execute dishes for both the main event and the gala dinner was an experience I won’t forget.
From intense production work to flawless final ex*****on, every moment demanded precision, trust, and real teamwork. Cooking , , and so many other elements at this level meant zero shortcuts — only focus, discipline, and respect for the craft.
The energy was unreal!
Different cultures, techniques, rhythms — all coming together in one kitchen with a single goal: excellence. Working with the Rio team was inspiring in itself — passion, fire, and professionalism from start to finish.
And beyond the plates, it was the people who made it special.
Meeting and collaborating with so many inspiring chefs and culinary professionals from around the world reminded me how powerful this industry really is when knowledge and creativity are shared.
