First of the seasonal Grouse, served with Scottish Girolles, Sweetcorn Salsa, Hazelnut, Pickled Cherries and Game Chips. Proper game season, now on the menu in Mayfair.

The glorious 12th has arrived, but our grouse is fashionably late. A few delays on the moors mean ours won’t be landing until the weekend. Better late than never, it will be worth the wait. Bookings are now open, so come and get your hands on it from this weekend 🐦
