Meet Mariana.

Originally from Brazil, Mariana joined The Churchill Bar & Terrace three months ago after beginning her hospitality journey in London in 2022.

Before stepping into hospitality, she worked as a full-time sports photographer, bringing the same eye for detail and connection to every guest experience. For Mariana, great hospitality is about making people feel genuinely welcome, valued and at home from the moment they arrive.

And when she's not at the bar? You'll likely find her enjoying two of her biggest passions: photography and music. Her cocktail of choice? A classic Caipirinha, best enjoyed on a sunny day.
