Introducing ‘Lizzini II’ - a cocktail created by Bar Manager Jack Porter in honour of The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebration 👑

The Platinum Jubilee cocktail has been inspired by the classic Bellini dedicated to Queen Elizabeth II. Based on her two favourite fruits strawberry, mango and a base of gin with the Queen's great-great-grandmother, Queen Victoria on Bombay Sapphire. We then add a drop of Vetiver, an elegant, perfumed liqueur. To finish and celebrate the Queen's 70 years in service to her country we have spritzed with Champagne.
