Meet Nirmal Save Nirmal Save from modern Indian restaurant Gunpowder GUNPOWDER , bringing the flavours of Karwar to our udon bowls 🇮🇳🌶️

🦀 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲

A rich, vibrant Karwari sauce packed with turmeric, paprika, coriander seeds, black pepper, curry leaves and toasted coconut.

Finished with tempura fried soft shell crab, fresh coriander, sliced chillies and a squeeze of lime 🌿🌶️🍋‍🟩

Introducing our next Indian Club - Bengal edition

On Sunday 25th October India Club will make its stop at Benga timed in the same month as Durga Puja. When the dhak starts beating and the whole city spills onto the streets for maa Durga, it’s all about pandal-hopping, new clothes, and eating far more than you planned to. We’re bringing that feeling to Soho and Lisbon
