We need your help to do that little bit extra to help Ukraine, we have scheduled ourselves (Michael & Russell) out of the business for 1 week per month in order to facilitate deliveries out to Ukraine in partnership with Van-Aid, delivering vital humanitarian aid out to Poland, Slovakia and of course Ukraine.

We cover the cost of fuel and as you can imagine this is a large bill at 2,500km per trip, whilst we're able to facilitate the trips anything that you are able to donate can help me turn 1 trip a month into 2 trips a month taking further aid out to Ukraine.

Whilst we have partnered with Van-Aid they have limited funds to be able to facilitate trips and therefore need the majority of their drivers to cover the cost of fuel/transport and ferry/train crossings.

Anything that you can do to help will directly help those that need it, if you are not in a position to help financially then please just click share and spread the word so that we can spread the word not only about our trip out there but also Van-Aids incredible work.

A friend of The Daily Grind has recently launched a podcast dedicated to Military personnell past and present, its free to listen to and covers Ex-Service men and womens' journey from begining to end. It also covers there own journey through their Mental Health both in the forces and after.
Anyone intersted in the military, or ex-services or just interested in Mental Health give him a listen and decide whether you want to tune in each month.

Our forces are a vital part of the UK and can sometimes feel forgotten once they leave, sharing this could help someone that doesnt even know they need it yet.

Macmillan Cancer Support are at a record low level of donations this year following the cancellation of hundreds of charitable events including marathons, village fetes and coffee mornings.

As we can't host a coffee morning some of the staff have joined together with their friends to complete a Macmillan Gamethon, this is where they play video games for 24 hours straight. It might not be the same as running a marathon but we sure hope they can get through it all.
