Pasta Diaries Episode 2: Asparagus Bigoli 🍝

This week, we’re shining a spotlight on bigoli, a traditional pasta from Northern Italy.

Unlike traditional spaghetti, this pasta is thicker, meaning every strand holds onto more of the silky asparagus sauce.

It’s light enough for summer and comforting enough to satisfy every pasta craving. It is truly a plate that celebrates the best of the season and one of our favourite ways to enjoy asparagus this summer.
