Sophie comes to Byron with (deep breath) extensive experience as a chef, restaurateur, food director, huge success in the kitchen and on top of all that Sophie has forged a career as a food writer (8 cook books and counting) TV Shows and most excitingly she’s as passionate about Byron as we are about her (and breathe).
