We pair this light yet tangy blue cheese with a glass of our chianti 🍷

The Pizza East Pork belly - Rolled with garlic, herbs and oil, our pork belly is rested in rock salt overnight and cooked slowly for 3 hours. It’s served with braised baby fennel, giving sweet and savoury flavours, sundried tomatoes and our home-made salsa verde. A perfect alternative when you just don't fancy pizza! 😋

Purple aubergine generously layered between our home-made pomodoro sauce and topped with copious amounts of Vegan cheese, then roasted in the oven until golden and bubbly.
