Our aim has always been to offer our guests the opportunity to get closer to the cooking process than ever before, and with the unfaltering passion and dedication of our team, a recently (and very proudly) received Bib Gourmand Award, and the continued support of our wonderful guests, we truly see nowhere to go but up.

We will be running a ‘new generation’ Guest Chef Series - Upstairs at Trinity. These will be a one of a kind event, showcasing some brilliant, emerging young talent.

The first of which ‘Gorka’ - the Basque derivative of ‘George’

A fitting name for the George Brown and George Husband duo at the helm of this culinary concept. They are focused on delivering Basque style fire cookery, which is ingredient led, packed with simple flavour, and honouring seasonal, local produce.
