Sendero means ‘Path’ – we think it’s the ideal name to highlight the coffee farmers’ stories, their hard work and challenging supply chain of specialty coffee. We travel thousands of miles to source unique seasonal coffee and build lasting relationships with some of the best coffee growers in the world, while ensuring their fair compensation. We focus on working with passionate coffee farmers and

cooperatives who strive for best quality and highest sustainable farming methods. Our vision is to enable smallholder coffee farmers to lift their living standard by producing best coffee quality which is endangered primarily by climate change and lack of transparency. At Sendero, we envision re-investing a portion of our profits into farming projects to incentivise long-term sustainability.

We have been working with producer Maria Eugenia and her family farm since their early days in 2017. The small farm is located in scenic Acatenango, Guatemala, surrounded by active volcanoes. Finca La Senda has been doing many experimental lots with interesting results for honeys, naturals and washed coffees.
