We source our Dorset crabs from . We gently stream them then carefully hand pick and dress with extra Virgin olive oil and Amalfi lemon. We combine the finest merinda tomatoes with monks beard for the base of the salad and finish with grated Sardinian bottarga for the perfect spring appertizer.
