We are delighted to announce Ikoyi’s first-ever sake experience, created in collaboration with Nabeshima.
Rie-san, Co-President, and Hinako-san, fourth-generation heir to the Fukuchiyo Shuzo brewery, will join us to present a selection of their acclaimed sake, paired with a specially developed menu by our kitchen team.
The 8-course menu will showcase exceptional summer produce, alongside dishes designed to highlight the elegance, depth, and precision of each sake pairing.
Nutty and spiced flavours from rare-breed pork, scallops and summer berries will accompany the following sakes:
Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Yokawayamada Classic
Nabeshima Daiginjo
Nabeshima Nigori (Served only at Nabeshima brewery in Japan)
Nabeshima Black Label
Nabeshima Kijoshu
Lunch reservations are available between 12 and 1pm, followed by dinner bookings between 6 and 7pm. We look forward to welcoming you!
