JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Report to Restaurant manager
* Responsible for cigar stock and replenishing of walk-in humidifier
* Assist with the daily cleaning duties on the terrace and other work areas.
* You will also be required to carry service and closing duties in the Main Restaurant from time to time
* Keep the humidor at correct temperature and humidity level (training will be provided)
* Serve all food and beverage items to the correct standard as outlined in the Standard of Procedure manual..
* This job requires mainly evening work and most Saturdays. On Sundays and on Bank Holidays the cigar terrace is closed
* The ideal candidate for this job should be enthusiastic about learning of our products and using their ever building knowledge to recommend them ci**rs, drinks and food items to our guest. You have to be enthusiastic and ready to learn. (training is available and encouraged)
