Tokimeite Tokimeite brings contemporary Japanese dining to the heart of Mayfair. Elegant, luxurious and authen Presentation and flavours are key to his philosophy.

*Tokimeite, is the outcome of the exciting and unique collaboration between Japan’s largest agriculture corporation Zen-Noh, and the renowned Michelin starred Chef Yoshihiro Murata. Chef Murata is a great inspiration for his balance between innovation and Japanese food culture traditions.

*Tokimeite, is one of a few authentic Washoku cuisine restaurants in London. Leading the kitchen, is Murata’s

first apprentice, Chef Daisuke Hayashi. Following his master’s steps, he implements his knowledge, technique and passion for authentic Japanese dishes using a combination of Local and European ingredients.

* Kaiseki, Japanese Haute Cuisine, is Tokimeite’s specialty. It is the perfect marriage of fresh seasonal ingredients and unique skill-set to introduce the Japanese delicacy to the gourmet world.

* Main feature of Tokimeite is Japanese Wagyu Beef. The meat is prepared to extract the ultimate amount of flavor. Distinguished from other beefs of the world, it has the perfect marbling and is a unique tasting experience.
