Pros:
Most formal and elegant

Guests get a personalised service as their meal choices have been prepped to their requirements and portioned!

More control of presentation of food

Guests don’t have to leave their table for anything. Everything is brought to them!

Cons:
The most expensive of all catering types. Primarily because it requires a large number of waiting staff

Guests have a limited choice of food and it is based on what they choose previously when they RSVP’d and usually they can’t change their minds on the day.

Pros:
Guests are served on their tables and passing food around can be an icebreaker to start conversation on tables

It adds a touch of elegance to your special day

Reduces food waste

Cons:
A bit more costly as it requires more staffing and logistics to execute with excellence

Takes tad bit longer as guests are served table by table. Typically 2-3 tables are served at any one time
