here’s another peak at our savoury vegan based waffles inspired by the ‘pizzelle’ of Abruzzo, Italy..

you just can’t go wrong with spinach + basil. Freshly added for that gorgeous green and protein

Topped with juicy plum vine tomatoes, mozzarella or vegan cheese and lashings of turmeric coconut yogurt

it’s just got to be done hasn’t it..
isn’t is wonderful when doughy comfort doubles up as high protein 😎😎😎😎

so take a sneak peak at our savoury vegan based waffles inspired by ‘pizzelle’ made in Abruzzo Italy..

we have infused sweet potato with carrot and sage to make a doughy gooey waffle with all the goodness of fresh veggies!

Red cabbage, red onion, kale and smoked salmon with natural yogurt and chive

on the fourth day of christmas my true love gave to me..

4 banana bread xmas puds (vegan/sugar/gluten free) and a partridge in a pear tree

topped with almond butter, we normally heat these beauties up and serve with oat cream

we love happy alternatives😀

these are gluten free pallotte
(balls of bread and cheese in italian)

a super favourite in abruzzo, we love making and serving them with a fresh basil and tomato sauce. Then the best bit - topping with grana padano cheese (vegans look away)

check back for our recipe on here but in the meantime - it's friday, weather is naff - get home and grate some cheese (or vegan cheese) on something that makes you happy😊

VEGAN FRITATTA!!!

We love love love our new lunch snack- fresh veggie fritattas blended with chickpea flour and flavoured with abruzzo saffron.. (an amazing antioxidant btw)

So delicious either hot or cold and totally vegan and gluten free with lots of veggie protein!!! Just yes.

We get SO excited working with traditional italian ingredients and flipping them into fresh new dishes - there's so much more healthy italian to come 😍
