近日有勁多網友同顧客問我哋點解我哋個菜單上邊唔係用雲，而係用云，所以我地就喺度開post做一個公開回應。

因為打字嗰陣時撳錯咗，個咁簡單既原因。我mac機打速成“一戈”第一二個字係雲同云，手快撳錯咗云字。但之後懶同冇時間改，就由得佢。估唔到大家會因為一個字，就搞一場咁嘅大既誤會出嚟。真係唔好意思🙇🏻‍♂️

我知道而家講呢件事可能會太遲，somehow一定會有人話我哋宜家只不過係想cover up返成件事。anyway我都希望同大家解釋返個原因，講返呢件事嘅事實出黎。

至於我哋亦睇到有留言話我哋強調自己係香港人，我哋從來都冇“強調”香港人呢個字。我IG第一個post只係話俾大家聽我地個background，從來都冇強調過任何野。

另外關於我哋嘅米線，我哋只係借用“車仔麵”嘅模式但湯底做法係用左中式材料但日式拉麵湯底嘅做法同埋雞肉同腩肉係燒爐燒出黎或者火灸，唔係香港嘅滾水烚做法。我哋有講Hong Kong Style但冇話過係Hong Kong flavour，嚴格上嚟講我哋呢一個米線唔屬於港式，亦都唔係日式，而係我哋嘅特色。
