What a night. ✨

Last night we celebrated English Sparkling Wine Week with a very special evening in partnership with Roebuck Estates, bringing together exceptional wines, seasonal British produce and great company along the canal. From oysters and vintage cuvées to thoughtful pairings and plenty of conversation, it was a wonderful showcase of English winemaking at its finest.

A huge thank you to Will Hine from and our Head of Beverage, Joe Boxall for sharing their expertise and passion throughout the evening, and to everyone who joined us for this one-night-only experience.

Most importantly, thank you to the incredible Rotunda team whose hard work, hospitality and attention to detail made the event such a success.
