Cơm sườn nướng - Grilled Pork Chop Rice is a really classic dish of Vietnamese; as soon as you see and smell the smoke, you would want to eat it immediately. 😋

It served with “nuoc cham” dipping sauce and also has a sunny side egg which would run down the pork to make the best out of the dish.
