Tea2You are a specialist purveyor of fine teas, and we are proud to bring you the finest varieties from the best tea gardens of the Indian sub-continent. We source white teas, green teas, oolong, black teas as well as English Breakfast, Earl Grey and Masala Chai. All of our

teas are ethically sourced and sustainably grown from gardens in north-eastern India, situated 6,000 feet up in the foothills of the Himalayas. Each of our teas have been sampled and carefully selected by tea taster and Tea2You owner, Ratan Mondal, to ensure that only the best crop is obtained for our customers. Ratan travels to the plantations to source the teas in order to maintain traceability and to ascertain authenticity. He works with a plethora of small and medium tea farmers in order to promote sustainability. Tea2You also supports St Mary’s School in Darjeeling by selling tote bags in store, the proceeds of which all go to supporting the school so that it can continue to provide education for the children of tea garden workers.

With joy and gratitude, we mark a special moment as our Founder presents this year’s Darjeeling First Flush, just before it received a blessing from Bishop Christopher.

There is something truly uplifting about the arrival of the First Flush — the first harvest of the spring rains, full of brightness, clarity, and new beginnings from the Darjeeling foothills.

The Journey Begins

The road to Darjeeling always begins the same way: winding mountain roads, quiet anticipation, and a stop for freshly made momos along the way.

In March, our guests began their Tea2you Tea Retreat journey with the people who know these hills best — the drivers, growers, and families who make Darjeeling feel like home.

Ahead lies Puttabong Cottage, hidden high in the mountains among some of the world’s most celebrated tea gardens.
