Something has been changing in our kitchen…

Over the past few months, we’ve been quietly working behind the scenes — refining flavours, rethinking old favourites and introducing new dishes that feel a little more like where Ishtar is today.

Some things you’ll recognise. Some might surprise you. But everything coming out of our kitchen has been given a fresh perspective.

This is a new chapter for Ishtar’s kitchen, and we’re excited for you to taste it. ✨

Our ravioli starts as fresh green pasta, carefully rolled, filled and cut one by one in our kitchen — each piece shaped by hand before making its way to your plate.

Served over a slow-cooked creamy sauce, finished with basil oil.

No shortcuts. Just good ingredients, patient hands, and everything made in-house.
