Walthamstow, we’re going home to where it all started nearly 10 years ago: a little later than planned but do not worry this is a permanent residency.
The menu will consist of our award winning Burgers as well as Fried Chicken, Subs, Pizza (not many know this but we used to sling pizza in the pub back in the day), Pasta, Small Plates and Italian Roast Dinners. Of course those Tiramisu Wings are making an appearance.
Trading again full time after a 2 year hiatus to regroup comes with its challenges: the economy being the main one and that’s the key driving point for diversifying our offering: hence the new name BAGGIO’S.
We hope to see many old and new local faces in the New Year.
Keep your eyes peeled for our menu drop and a big thanks for this banging artwork by that’ll be on tees soon!

Thanks to Alex/the team & for having us, what a banger of a weekend.
Who knew Tiramisu Wings would cause such a big divide in opinion? 😉
Grazie to all those that bought wings, queued up in the rain and made the event a success.
Shout out .fried.chicken for being a top breader and smashing through the keys of wings and lending us the food truck again.

After a few years away our unique brand of award winning Italian: burgers, fried chicken and sides are set to make a return to Walthamstow this Autumn, you’re excited we know, can you imagine how we feel? were the catalyst for this comeback and we thank them for prompting us out of retirement.
But there’s more: we’ve also decided it’s time to expand our offering and explore our culinary heritage whilst putting our own spin on Italian/Neapolitan classics: sorry Nonna our way is better!
So keep an eye out for new dishes, exclusive collabs and supper clubs.

2025 TRADER’S CHAMPION

After a long time out the burger game this was f*cking surreal, to have our Zola burger voted best burger by our peers and some of the top traders in the UK was a special moment.

A comeback akin to Rocky III, no punches were pulled and The Italian Stallion rose to victory.
This has been the catalyst to get back slingin’ again… residency announcement coming very soon 🤫

It’s a tough game at the moment in Hospitality and mad respect to everyone trying to make it work and to all our fellow traders.
To the public, please keep eating at the small businesses they need you the most!

A massive thank you to the organisers for the platform to trade at and all the other banging events they put on, it’s a pleasure working with you:

After nagging for years to add a burger fest to his already banging events & he’s only gone and done it! We can’t wait to be slingin’ on the streets again.

We will be releasing our 🇮🇹🍔 menu the week of the festival so keep your eyes peeled for it.
