Hi Ladies & Gents;
I am still alive and in business. I do have a new business location; however, I will not be trading as I did in Lordship Lane. For Those of you that supported me, you obviously know that I was into art and antiques. I have been concentrating on buying and selling Antiques, restoration and making furniture. Covid was a game changer. However, it had a positive effect on my changing tact. My Mother also suffered a second stroke, she has carers and I am now back on track.
I will be posting furniture, art work and new bespoke pieces in the near future.
I will also be offering super club menus in the very near future. The music has not diminished in quality. The food has also been upgraded. By that I mean Michelin star quality.
I will be posting again with pictures in the next few days.
Stay with me and we will be having a wonderful new year.
To all of my friends and associates !!! We are going to have a very prosperous, and value for money 2023.

I would love to get away from this issue. I do not see it as being subjective. It is a growing problem within our community. Unfortunately, I still see people in Tottenham not wearing mask. They parade the streets and enter stores in arrogance. I do not wish this virus on anyone. However, those who think that it is fiction, or the same as the Flu, are misguided.

TESTING HAS BEEN SCALED UP, AFTER MORE INFECTIOUS STRAINS HAVE BEEN FOUND IN TOTTENHAM.

THE N17 POSTCODE, IS ONE OF EIGHT REGIONS WHERE EXTRA TEST ARE BEING ROLLED OUT. THIS IS TO EVALUEATE IF THE VAIRIANT SPOTTED IN SOUTH AFRICA - HAS SPREAD.

THOSE WHO ARE 16 AND ABOVE ARE URGED TO TAKE A COVID TEST EVEN IF THEY SHOW NO SYMTOMS.

Good evening friends;

For those of you that are not sure !! Whether you are ASYMPTOMATIC, or in the early stages of the COVID-19 VIRUS.

THERE ARE A COUPLE OF LOCAL SITES WHERE YOU CAN GET TESTED.

THIS WILL ALLIVIATE THE WORRY OF PASSING ON THE VIRUS TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, OR BECOMING TERMINALLY ILL.

FOR THE SAKE OF A £ 3.00 RETURN BUS FARE, OR 20 MINUTES WALK TO THE TEST SITES AND 20 MINUTES BACK, WHICH WILL GIVE ALL MUCH-NEEDED EXERSISE, IS A TRIP WORTH TAKING.

More than 8% tested are not showing symptoms. Nearly a tenth of people who have been to Haringey's Covid - 19 Rapid testing sites at Tottenham Community Sports Centre and Station Road, Wood Green, tested positive on the first day.

It has been documented that 20 out of 241 people who took the test did not show any symptoms, despite being positive.
Government stats have shown, that an estimated one in three carriers in London, do not know that they have Coronavirus, however, the risk of passing it on is prevalent

To avoid any worry for yourselves and those that you care about; PLEASE GET TESTED.

Good evening all; We are all looking to earn extra cash. Covid 19, has stretched many of us to the limit. Many self employed, Furloughed employees and Sole traders who have a few hundred pounds to spare; There are options for you to bank your money elsewhere. The Banks are giving you nothing, with regard to interest on your hard earned money. Look out for my post on Monday 18 January. Due to the current climate many of us are struggling. Rent & utility arrears at the moment are the norm.
Those of you!! Who have rinsed your credit & debit cards, looking for funds to pay rent, Mortage or utility bills.

www.archwaylondon.com may be able to assist you. There is no credit check and they help you to save and pay back loans at the same time.

The Credit Union is a not for profit co-operative dedicated to promoting saving and dealing with debt. Originally established in 1997 to provide savings and loans for employees of Islington Council, anyone living or working or studying in Barnet or Camden or City of London or Hackney or Haringey or Islington can now become a member of the credit union.

Anyone who saves with the credit union becomes a member of the co-operative and can use one of several savings/budgeting accounts open to them. Savings can be withdrawn within 5 working days upon demand. The savings form a pool of money held in trust. Any member can apply to borrow from this pool of money. Because it is largely volunteer run and has no outside shareholders it can offer low cost and flexible loans to its members.

The primary objective of the credit union is to promote sound financial management by encouraging people to save rather than borrow. Unlike other financial institutions there is no minimum savings level unless you take a loan, and no minimum loan value. By encouraging saving we prevent debt. Our ‘Saver Loans’ see part of any repayment allocated to the members’ own savings account, so as the loan is paid off, the member accumulates savings. Over time members build up savings and end the cycle of borrowing. We specialise in helping people on low incomes, and/or facing problems with debt. The credit union offers a range of information and support for members in financial difficulties. The low cost loans provide a real alternative to people who would otherwise borrow using expensive bank loans, credit cards, or even payday loans. Everything we do is guided by the internationally recognised Co-operative Values.

Good evening all;
I wish you all the best for 2021. Many of you have either lost your Business or your jobs. Due to the Brinkmanship of our current Politicians. For those of you who are in social isolation, disengagement, mild depression, fear, anxiety or confusion, take a look at, www.polarbearcommunity.org.uk I do not have any connection with them personally, nor do they know that I am sending this post. We all need the help that we can get. We are now back to the future, with the current lockdown. If all goes to plan, I will be in a new venue in April.
