Ready, steady... cook! 👨‍🍳

A huge good luck to Head Chef Clifton and Senior Chef de Partie Marcus, who will be representing St Pancras Bar & Brasserie in the upcoming ACE Ready Steady Cook competition.

We’re proud to see their talent, creativity, and passion step into the spotlight, and we can’t wait to see what they create under pressure.

Join us in wishing them the very best as they take on the challenge 🏆

A day is never the same at St Pancras Bar & Brasserie.

One day, Chef Claudiu is serving a whole event. The next, the marketing girl shows up and asks him to stop cooking and start clapping for a Reel. 👏😅

Thankfully, our team is always up for a little fun behind the scenes.

Food is art. 🖼️ Our chefs are artists. 🧑‍🎨

At Searcys, every plate starts with four components: main, plant, carb, and herb.

Simple ingredients, thoughtfully put together. Because great dishes are as much about flavour as how they look. 🍽️
